RETURN AND REFUND

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date we receive the goods to request a return. Please note that the packages should be sent within 14 days after receiving the order. Even having the return label, if customer fails to send the package within 14 days, refund is no longer available. 

Returns are free within Germany under certain conditions (see below).

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with label and in the original packaging.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and only the return label provided should be used. Please note that if you do not use the return label generated by our return portal and ship the products yourself, we cannot cover the cost of the return.

In case of return, please use the return label included in your order, stick it on the carton and deliver the goods to the nearest DHL acceptance point. If you are unable to generate the return label through our returns portal, please contact us at info@andastudio.co and we will send you the return label.

To receive a free refund within Germany, customers should keep at least one item from their order. If all ordered products are returned, a flat rate of 6.99 Euro will be charged for the return shipping.

DEFECTIVE ITEM & WRONG ITEM

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can contact us at info@andastudio.co and our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURN ITEMS

Customized products such as special orders or personalized items and personal care products are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your particular item.

Products labeled with FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns & exchanges. 

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. I

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDE

Once you place your order to our system, it is not possible to edit or cancel it.  You can of course return the item once it reached to you.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product. We will then promptly refund you to your original payment method. If you paid shipping when you placed your order, that amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
 
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN COSTS OUTSIDE GERMANY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date we receive the goods to request a return. Please note that the packages should be sent within 14 days after receiving the order. Even having the return label, if customer fails to send the package within 14 days, refund is no longer available. 

For returns from within the EU we charge a flat rate of 9,90€. The return must be made and received by us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The return shipping cost for the UK, Switzerland and the rest of the EU is 14,90€ per order. The shipping label will be provided by us.

Customers from the USA: Please contact us at info@andastudio.co for your return request.

In case of returning an item, the shipping cost is your responsibility. You can choose your own courier and responsible of your package to arrive safely at our warehouse. Once your order reached us, we will refund the worth of the goods that are returned within 3-5 working days.

Please note that orders outside the EU are subject to VAT and import duties and the customer is responsible for these costs. In the event of a return, these costs will not be refunded.
