Returns are free in Germany with conditions.
Please create your by clicking "RETOURE" link at the bottom of main page. Use the QR label/printable return label provided in our returns portal, deliver the package to the nearest DHL acceptance point. After creating the return label, customers accept that they will successfully return the package to us within 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that the package should reach us within 14 days. We suggest you allow 2-3 days for the return so as not to exceed the 14-day period. Returning the package later than the 14-day period will not be accepted and our company has the right to refuse the return and refund due to the late shipment. If you are not at home and your package is dropped off at the branch or other station, the refund period starts from this date.
For returns to be free, customers should keep at least one item. If you return the complete order, you won't be eligible for free returns and will be charged fixed rate of 6.99 Euros.
Return shipping costs for orders from Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland
Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to offer free returns for our international customers. The customer is responsible for the cost of international return shipping.
For returns from EU we charge a fixed fee of €9.90. Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving the order. The return costs for Great Britain and Switzerland are 14.90 euros per order. Please note that orders outside the EU are subject to VAT and import duties and the customer is responsible for these costs. In the event of a return, these costs will not be reimbursed.

Orders from the USA can are eligible for returnwithin 14 days of receipt of the order (excluding final sale items). Customers can choose their own courrier and the customer is responsible from the return costs.

1) Enter your order number and your email to the system. 2) Select the reason for your return and fill out the required fields. 3) Download your DHL return QR code and hand in your goods in the original packaging by simply showing your QR code at the nearest DHL drop-off point.
We want our customers to have a hassle-free return experience. We ask that you return the products in the original packaging and only use the shipping label we have provided. Please note that we cannot cover the return costs for you if you do not use the return QR code provided and send it yourself.
If you have lost the enclosed return label in the box, you can request the label again by sending an email to us at email@example.com.
After receiving the order, you can refund your order or parts of your order. Please only use the return label provided by us for your return.
In order for returns to be accepted, the returned goods must be unused, unwashed and have the original labels attached. After checking the returned product, we will immediately start the return process and refund you the total amount of the returned product.
Please note that once you have paid the shipping costs for your order, this amount will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Please note that items marked FINAL SALE are excluded from refund, return or exchange.
For all EU orders, the displayed price includes taxes and duties. There are no additional costs upon delivery.
When shipping outside EU, taxes and duties are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for these additional charges. Duties and taxes are calculated when your products arrive in your country and the charge depends on arrival country's VAT regulations.
